I’m starting to get to all the questions being sent in; there’s quite a lot, so be patient.
Here are a few things I feel I must make clear before I get to them all — and to any new ones which may come along…
After nearly two decades working in the sex industry, with at least half that time as a PSO, I don’t claim to know it all. Even a lifetime in this or any other industry would preclude me from knowing every company, every situation — every thing. So I can’t promise to have all the answers; however, I do promise to:
* Be as honest as possible, including stating my own limitations and when I’m making educated guesses or “guesstimates”.
* Ask my fellow cohorts for their experiences/opinions/advice to share.
* Share appropriate resources which I find reputable or personally have found useful.
In exchange, you are required to:
* Respect the fact that I am not paid to provide this information, share my experiences, etc., and as such you’ll have to be patient in terms of length of time it takes for a response and, in many cases, answers which are not necessarily specific enough to meet your own personal situation &/or needs.
* Exercise your own due diligence and common sense in terms of making decisions for yourself. (That’s a nice way of saying you cannot hold me responsible for any “advice” you read here.)
I was writing to first say you are an amazing, power, business minded, women
I know you are busy so I will get right to it.
I would like to start my own PSO ( based on your advice ( not holding you liable, smile) but am considering working for someone well I learn more on all the facets…. still mulling it over
I am hoping you could lead me to reliable book or website that helps you either start your own PSO ( my preference or work for someone else)
I also used to do Fetish so i am somewhat versed in these things ( smile again) however, business is business and from marketing to legality there is much to learn.
I would appreciate any help or correspondence with you. As you are a businesswoman I believe we should support each other but I also know I would in some small way I be a competitor. So basically if your advice is at charge please let me know.
Thanks so much Katherine
Hi Katherine,
I’m a bit confused by your message… I’m not sure if you are interested in being a PSO or starting your own company and hiring PSOs…
As for starting, working for someone else is an option; but I have no experience in that area. If you read this site, you’ll see I’ve always been an independent PSO.
In terms of books and things, there’s not a lot of information. (Which is why I started this blog!) I have some suggestions here: http://astore.amazon.com/phonesexsecrets-20
I am interested in becoming a PSO. Can you tell me the best companies and the ones that are hiring now?
Thanks
