Today’s Phone Sex Tips: Rules Are Rules, Except When…

I post a lot of rules for phone sex operators here at Phone Sex Secrets. Most rules have exceptions, but there are a few rules in which the exceptions are just as likely to apply as the rule itself. Here’s one of them.

Background noises. Ideally, there shouldn’t be any annoying background noises to distract during phone sex calls. As a point of professionalism, you don’t want anything to distract or annoy during such intimate time, and you want the caller to know that he matters. However…

There are times in which you do not want to give the impression that the caller matters. In the phone sex biz, these are known as “ignore calls.” Yes, believe it or not, there are men who will pay to call and have a PSO ignore them. And they will pay more per minute for these calls too. (Typically, ignore calls are services provided by femme dommes or other dominant characters; they are not as easy to get and keep as you think.) In cases like this, the more signs of an active life (particularly a gaggle of giggling girls) on the other end, the better. However, should the caller be paying for the gift of hearing you paint your toenails, watch TV, or even sleep, other ambient noises work too.

The other times in which natural and even somewhat loud ambient noises are desirable are also based upon the character. These noises confirm to the caller that the PSO is, in fact, “real”. Some examples of this are the sound of a MILF watching TV or doing laundry, barking dogs when he’s calling a cute young pet sitter, and that sort of thing. Be advised that should these noises get in the way of either the caller’s or your own ability to pay attention, the noises should be quieted or even cease entirely as befitting the scenario, i.e., the TV turned down, walk away from the washer, the door shut on the dogs, etc.
