Are vanity numbers available? If so, is there an extra charge?

Is the $799 per phone number? Are multiple numbers possible at that rate or a discounted rate? Extensions?

The $799 cover the setup of our 800 Bill to Credit Card line which works best for adult lines. It’s one line that forwards to one forwarding number. We offer additional extensions for a $125 one-time cost. We also offer discounted packages when a client needs more than 5 extensions. The line can easily be expanded to support more operators quickly.

Just to clarify, you need multiple lines/extensions to have multiple girls/operators, right?

Yes, for multiple operators you’ll need individual extensions. The monthly fee for multiple lines caps at $70.

Are there any restrictions in terms of subject matter?

Clients run their business how they choose. We give them ultimate control over their brand and believe by giving them the opportunity to run the business how they choose they have less restrictions and more opportunities to stand out amongst other companies. Generally speaking their are no restrictions (aside from callers 18+ years or older) on content that is discussed with callers just as long as they are discussing things that are legal in the real world. What will callers see on their billing statements?

Clients are billed as First Call.

How do recorded calls work? The site says “Callers will have up to 5 menu options should you desire to give them multiple options when listening to your content.” Does that mean you could have five different recordings, each billed at a different per minute rate?

Yes; you can set different rates for each option, or you an keep them the same rate.

Does the PSO record them via the service or upload them?

The greetings can be recorded through the phone or uploaded via the web. Clients have the ability to customize prompts at anytime so that the service is their brand, and not ours.

I don’t mean to sound confrontational, but if I don’t ask/talk about this, I’d be a poor interviewer/reporter… Surely you know that in this area you are competing with the likes of platform services which have no investment cost, offer a free web presence, take similar percentages per call, have no chargeback holds, and have much faster and multiple payments… Some platforms allow you to hire other girls, taking a percentage of their calls, for free too. Aside from reliability, why should a PSO make such an investment?

    Thanks–you addressed a lot of my questions abut Pay-Per-Call. And while I still feel the price is very steep–they do take an appreciable cut that is comparable to what NiteFlirt takes, I can understand their point about making one’s own brand. I just think if you’re making your own brand, shouldn’t you also be making your own profits? I will be thinking long and hard (no pun intended) before shelling over 799 plus a monthly fee AND 30% of each call less a .10/min connection fee so that I can market myself and pay someone else a cut of my profits for doing so. I can understand the set up cost, and the connection fee, but the 30% over that is just being greedy.
